You could call me a real estate 'nerd.' I enjoy the real estate business! Buying and selling a home is a significant decision, and I believe people should have an agent working for them that loves what he does!

I work with only a few clients at a time. This ensures clients receive the care they deserve. You put a lot of thought into buying or selling a property. You deserve to work with a professional Realtor® who genuinely cares about your goals. I will not pass you off to the "team" of assistants after you sign, as many other agents do.

If you want to be just another transaction for the "top-producing" agent or the largest company in town, I am not the best agent for you. Being a great Realtor® is more than producing the most transactions. It is about helping you!

Beyond my experience as a Realtor®, I invest in SFR and small multi-family properties. I understand the numbers-driven aspect of real estate investors' demand. I also know what it is to sell or purchase a family home. It can be an exciting and daunting process.
