We love our new home! Bill is the best Realtor my wife and I have ever worked with. We relocated to Reno from Northern CA. It might have been difficult to find the perfect home from far away, but it wasn't with Bill's help. He understood just what we wanted and did not waste our time with what we didn't want. He helped us understand the hot Reno market and negotiated a great deal! Since we are new to Reno, Bill has also helped us find some great restaurants, an optometrist, and even navigate the DMV scheduling system!

Mr. Schrimpf was and has been very helpful during the sale of my property in Sparks, NV. He keeps in close contact with his clients to ensure they are comfortable with the process and progress. He knows the area very well and continually offers suggestions on how to better market your property. An excellent advocate for his clients when negotiations are called for. He is probably the best real estate professional I have worked with. Wish I could use him as my agent for other properties elsewhere in the country. Great communicator.
